License Upgrading. License upgrading involves switching your subscription access to a more advanced version during your current subscription period. In general, you will need to contact your account manager to ensure that you can make a smooth transition during the upgrade with little or no loss in access time to the database. Under some circumstances, some users may need to log in as a new user when prompted on your upgraded account. Our technical support department will transfer your account to a different server. However, you may still use the same IP addresses and user names/passwords with your current account. As a licensee, your account details will all stay the same during the entire process which should take no more than 1 day or less to complete.
