By using the information provided herein, you agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions in this agreement. Centium may change the terms and conditions in this agreement at its own discretion. By using the Service after any change in the Agreement is posted, you agree to be bound by all of the changes as well.
Copyright and Limitations on Use
The information available through the Service is the property of Centium, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. FOR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Effective February 5, 2003, ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNTS UNDER $100.00 FOR ONE YEAR.U.S. Business Reporter may acknowledge and credit any remaining amounts on a subscription which exceeds beyond one (1) year. There are no "PRO-RATED" credits or refunds given in the event of a cancellation for periods under one (1) year subscription. U.S. Business Reporter does not allow mid-subscription cancellations. Subscribers may cancel their subscription by not renewing.
Centium, Inc. may discontinue or change the Service, or its availability to you , at any time without notice. This agreement is personal to you, and may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision of this agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This agreement , all intellectual property issues, and your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California governing wholly entered into and wholly performed within California.
