By using the information provided herein, you agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions in this agreement. Centium may change the terms and conditions in this agreement at its own discretion. By using the Report after any change in the Agreement is posted, you agree to be bound by all of the changes as well.

Effective September 10, 2004, ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR SINGLE ORDER REPORTS. U.S. Business Reporter does not offer "PRO-RATED" credits or refunds for electronically-generated transmissions by electronic mail or other forms of electronic transmission. Customers may cancel orders and receive a refund PRIOR to shipment by a common carrier such as UPS or FEDEX. The terms of sale set herein is a contract. Any refunds are at the discretion of management.
U.S. Business Reporter acknowledges that errors and difficulties can occur through electronic transmission. If U.S. Business Reporter is incapable of sending any report electronically, the company will send such report(s) through a common shipping carrier at no shipping cost to you.
Centium, Inc. may discontinue or change the Service, or its availability to you , at any time without notice. This agreement is personal to you, and may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision of this agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This agreement , all intellectual property issues, and your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California governing wholly entered into and wholly performed within California.
